We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our M&A department. The successful candidate will support the execution of M&A transactions, including company valuations, financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of presentation materials. He (she) will also be involved in transversal strategic projects conducted by the finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain corporate experience in deal-making, working closely with senior team members and external stakeholders.

Main missions : 

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and internal databases
• Coordinate M&A projects with internal and external stakeholders   
• Support the preparation of internal and external presentations, including pitch and input books 
• Participate in financial vendor and buyer due diligence processes and data room management
• Be involved in strategic traversal projects such as investors’ presentation

The candidate will need the following skills/experience to be successful on the role :

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics or related field.
• 3 -5 years years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity – preferably in the infrastructure sector
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills 
• Strong skills in financial modeling 
• High attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English – Spanish is a plus.  
• Team player with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
