Mission
Our Italian Business Development Department is looking for an Agrisolar Project Manager. Reporting to the local managers, the main tasks will include :
1) Support the Neoen development teams in agricultural issues :
- Identify and incorporate agricultural needs into the design of future agrivoltaics power plants
- Analyze the challenges to help project managers achieve the best design for power plants, considering technical, environmental and landscape factors.
- Share best practices for local consultation among property owners, local authorities, and administrations at the identified sites.
2) Take part in the agrivoltaics strategy :
- Create specifications for the other project managers (development and construction teams);
- Search for new initiatives for future Neoen projects;
- Benchmark of competing initiatives in France and abroad;
- Identify new design for agrivoltaics power plants.

Profile
The candidate will need the following skills and experience to succeed in this role:
- Master’s degree in engineering or architecture or agronomy, with specialization in renewable energy, environment or project management
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in similar tasks
- Good understanding of the development, construction, and operational processes for solar, wind and battery storage projects in Italy
- Good knowledge of technical software : AUTOCAD, Office, Google Earth
- Not mandatory but highly appreciated, good knowledge of other softwares such as PVSyst, windPRO,
- Solid analytical skills, strong adaptability, efficiency
- Solid communication skills: capability to establish technical discussions in different cultural environments, ability to effectively interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in Italian and English, French will be much appreciated
- Strong motivation to work in a complex environment; you are organized, open-minded and able to work independently; you are capable of working on several projects in parallel
