Mission
As the right hand of the CEO in Australia, the Attaché(e) to the CEO Australia plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth management of daily operations and strategic initiatives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to act as a trusted partner to the CEO. The role combines executive support, communication, and project coordination in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
Executive Support & Organization
- Organize meetings, events, business trips, and high-level engagements
- Prepare, review, and follow up on meeting notes, reports, and presentations
- Prioritize requests and act as gatekeeper for the CEO
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft, proofread, and edit strategic documents, speeches, and correspondence
- Ensure effective flow of information between the CEO and teams
Project & Strategic Support
- Monitor progress of strategic projects and initiatives led by the CEO
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives (innovation, transformation, partnerships)
- Provide analyses, summaries, and benchmarks to support decision-making
Research & Insights
- Conduct sectoral, competitive, and regulatory research
- Prepare briefing notes and intelligence reports for the CEO
Profile
The candidate will need the following skills and experience to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Political Science, Business Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as Business Analyst or Chief of Staff (junior).
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups, or multinational companies) is highly valued
- Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills with diplomacy and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaborative tools, and project management software
