Mission

Our Procurement Department is looking for a Sr Contract Administrator who will focus on the Australian Area.

The main responsibilities of this position are the following :

  • Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services to ensure optimal outcomes for the business.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues related to contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and individuals impacted, maintaining a high standard of client and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Managing all paperwork and documentation associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services, ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
  • Collaborating with development, construction, operation and finance departments to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
  • Ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of Neoen.
  • Advising senior management on matters requiring their attention and implementing their decisions as directed, supporting strategic objectives.
  • Overseeing work performed by contractors and suppliers, reporting variations to work orders, and ensuring that deliverables meet contractual requirements.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and presenting submissions and reports concerning the organization's activities, including procurement, contract administration, and project progress.
  • Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken and reporting project outcomes to inform future strategies and continuous improvement.
  • Complying with internal control processes and attending supplier factory visits as required.
  • Monitoring technological developments and performing risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
  • Building a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs and foreseeing changes in supplier negotiating ability.
  • Such other duties may be required.

Profile

The candidate will need the following skills and experience to succeed in this role:

  • 7 years experience in management of EPC and/or O&M contracts (in civil works, oil & gas, industry, power supply etc.). Experience in the renewable industry is a plus;
  • solid experience in the development and the asset management of long term projects;
  • strong knowledge of EPC and O&M Contracts (Fidic silver);
  • solid background in project finance is a plus;
  • legal knowledge is a plus;
  • fluent in English, French would be a plus.
